"Angel of Ill Repute"

I am contemplating joining a swap at iATCs with a theme of angels. I don’t know if I will do it, but if I do, I have no doubt that my angels will be a little on the strange side.

"Every Breath I Take"

Here is a card that I finished up today. It is done mostly in ink. I’ve had a very active day: Asha and I had an hour and a half early morning off-leash romp, complete with rabbit chasing and 30 second stops for quick sketches; I gave Asha a thorough bath when we got home because she managed to find something skunky smelling while we were out to roll in; I finished up this ATC/ACEO; I went to my water aerobics class (I love having a chance to soak up the sun and to be in the water); and then I mowed and edged my lawn, and hosed down my porch and cleaned the entry mat. I am exhausted, but it feels cool to have accomplished some things.

I had my hair cut off last Saturday. I had let it grow long but I finally tired of it.

After being taken hostage, the clothespins were marched for many hours in the sun.

Make of it what you will.

It is with great restraint that we resist the fruit that is dangled before us.

I find having to wait on people very annoying. For me, showing up on time is a sign of respect for the other person. Some people are perpetually late. I once dated a guy who was always late and he told me he was intentionally late because it made him feel good to know someone was waiting on him. He and I did not date for long.

Sometimes getting off the ground takes a little effort.
